Jeff Frentzen, writing in the PCWeek Navigator section of PC Week, Vol. 12, No. 13, p. 13 (April 3, 1995), included this annotated list of primers and tutorials available on the Internet. PC Week, published by Ziff-Davis Publishing Company, describes itself as The National Newspaper of Corporate Computing.
